RETURN POLICY
RETURN WINDOW
You have 14 days from the delivery or purchase date to decide if an item is right for you. All returns or exchanges must be registered through the Mania Jeans Returns Portal within this timeframe.
Returns submitted or postmarked after 14 days will not be accepted.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
All online returns must be submitted through our Returns Portal.
Steps:

Log into your account and locate your order.

Click “Return an Item”, select the item(s), and choose the reason for return.

Confirm your return method and follow the instructions provided.

Download the QR code or print and affix the provided return label.

Drop off the package at any UPS Store.
Once your return is in transit, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
To be eligible for a return:

A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

Items must be returned in resellable condition, meaning:

Unworn
-
Unwashed
-
Unaltered
-
Undamaged
-
Unsoiled
-
With all original tags and labels attached

Mania Jeans reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS (IMPORTANT)
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
By initiating a return, the customer expressly authorizes Mania Jeans to deduct the return shipping fee from the total refund amount. The fee is calculated based on the weight of the package, shipping method, and return location.
Mania Jeans may provide a prepaid return shipping label for convenience; however, the cost of the return label is not covered by Mania Jeans and will be automatically deducted from the refund once the return is processed.
Original shipping charges, handling fees, and service fees are non-refundable.
NON-RETURNABLE / FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Items marked “Final Sale”

Underwear, socks, swimwear, and jewelry

Gift cards
-
Special collections or designer collaborations (may have separate return terms)
Items purchased with a discount code or during a sitewide promotion are not Final Sale unless explicitly marked as such and follow the standard return policy.
IN-STORE RETURNS
At this time, in-store returns are not accepted.
All returns must be processed through the online Returns Portal.
REFUNDS

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping fees are automatically deducted from the refund.

Please allow up to 7 business days for return processing.

Once processed, allow an additional 7 business days for the refund to appear on your payment method.
Mania Jeans is not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.
GIFT CARD REFUNDS

Purchases made with a Mania Jeans physical or e-Gift Card will be refunded to a new Mania Jeans e-Gift Card sent to the email on file.

If both a gift card and another payment method were used, refunds will be applied first to the additional payment method, with any remaining balance refunded to a Mania Jeans e-Gift Card.
Example:
If a $100 order was paid using $25 via gift card and $75 via credit card, and $80 is returned, $75 will be refunded to the credit card and $5 will be issued to a Mania Jeans e-Gift Card.
If paying with a third-party issued gift card, please retain the card until all returns are completed, as refunds will be applied to the original card.
POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By completing a purchase on the Mania Jeans website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this Return Policy.
Mania Jeans reserves the right to modify or update this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect returns that have already been approved and are in progress.
