At Mania Jeans, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your items will ship.

 

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

 

2. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

4. Free Shipping Offers

We occasionally offer free standard shipping during special promotions. Terms and eligibility will be stated clearly during checkout or in our promotional materials.

 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website or via your Mania Jeans account.

 

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders.
  • Items marked “Final Sale” may have special shipping conditions.
  • High-demand items or sale periods may result in slightly longer shipping times.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Mania Jeans is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages if the tracking confirms delivery. Please contact the shipping carrier directly in such cases. For further help, reach out to our customer service team.
