  • You have 14 days from delivery or purchase to return or exchange an item.
  • All items must be in original, resellable condition:
    unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unaltered, with all original tags attached.
  • Return shipping fees apply for all mail-in returns and will be deducted from your refund.
  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

How to Return or Exchange an Online Order

  2. Select your return method and follow the instructions provided.
  3. Package your item and drop it off at a UPS location.
  4. You will receive tracking and confirmation emails.

Refund processing may take up to 14 days.
